These stylish roller door screens are available only in white and are designed to allow ventilation without light reduction. Simply pull the screen across your doorway or opening and clip on to the frame on the other side. There is a track at the top and bottom for maximum protection from all insects and it is available in two sizes.

This roller door screen will fit most standard door ways. The screen is grey mesh and the white framework is made from aluminium. The roller mechanism is already assembled, but the internal spring can be adjusted so that it returns to its cassette more quickly or slowly, as required. Fitting is very straightforward. Firstly the roller cassette is cut to size, ideally with a compound Mitre saw for accuracy, although you can use a hacksaw and Mitre Box. Two screws attach it to the door frame. Top and bottom profiles are cut to fit the door way and screwed in. The screen clips onto these profiles for a smooth action. Finally a magnetic catch is screwed to the door frame on the opposite side from the cassette and a small metal plate to the edge of the screen frame.

Available only in white, the double door roller screen pulls across most French door or patio door openings. The screen fits onto the top and bottom horizontal profiles and then attaches to the magnetic catch fitted to the other side of the door way. The roller mechanism is already assembled, but the internal spring can be adjusted so that it returns to its cassette more quickly or slowly, as required. It comes complete with all the fixings required. To assemble essentially you simply cut the roller mechanism and side runners if required and then fix in position. This screen can also be fixed into position with hook and loop tape so that you don’t damage your window frame.

Make a frame from wood or MDF, then attach it to the door frame with hook and loop tape that you can buy below. We used architrave MDF below 2cm thick by 4.5cm wide. You then screw the roller into this frame.

The Roller Screens are supplied with two white plastic bracing bars which you can wedge in the top and bottom of the track once the screen is pulled across the door way. This stops the screen snapping back. It also stops any tiny kitten managing to get under the screen.
