Just wanted to say thank you for very quick receipt of order. I ordered online at around 9.30pm on 5th June 2006 and received the flyscreens at 1.30pm on 7th June 2006. Don't think they could have got here any quicker. Just what I wanted too and already fitted to the windows to keep out all those insects in this hot weather. Many thanks.

Sorry for using your E-mail for this. No question, just a big THANK YOU for being so prompt with your delivery. My order was only posted on the 23/5/06, it was delivered on the 27/5/06. What ever your secret is I wish you would pass it on to other companys who use the mail order medium, plus the product is better than promised.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent customer service. Our recently purchased motorhome was missing the bottom section of a flyscreen door, we were told by two Elldis dealers that they could not supply us with a replacement. So, we decided to see if we could source one ourselves. After only two minutes on the internet, i found your
site and ordered a metre of heavy duty flyscreen. I ordered it on Bank holiday Sunday 30th April, and it was delivered on Wednesday 3rd May, and we fitted it ourselves the same day. I cannot believe that we were told we wouldn't be able to replace it! (perhaps you ought to offer your services to Elldis - The Explorer Group!) We are now two happy campers again!!! There
are so many rogue traders around these days, it is a welcome change to deal with a company like yourselves. So, once again, many thanks, and keep up the good work!

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Most orders are despatched within 3 to 5 days of payment. Due to the post office changing packaging rules, items that were previously sent first class now have to go by parcel post so will take 3 to 5 days. Product specifications can change without notice. Refunds are only given if the product is returned in full and undamaged within 7 days. Please contact us before returning goods as they will not be processed without an order number. Administration and postage charges will be deducted if there is no fault with the product.

Our PRIVACY POLICY is that we do not share or sell any of your personal information with any other organisations. Once your credit card details are taken they are not held on computer or recorded anywhere else.
